Concrete Patching and Resurfacing |
EPO Patch and GroutSpecially formulated epoxy compound for the general patching of holes and worn areas in concrete. Supplied as a two-component kit and mixed on the job site with silica sand for patchin and topping, and with silica sand and washed pea gravel for deep grouting. Also available in three component kit form with aggregate included for convenience. Also available in Low-Temperature Cure formula. |
EPO ResurfacerTrowelable epoxy compound specifically formulated for the resurfacing of old, deteriorated concrete floors and for protection of new concrete floors. Available in three-component kit form including aggregate, making for easy installation of a tough, wear resistant, and chemical resistant topping for industrial concrete floors. Large areas may be power torwelled for a more consolidated finish. Also available in a Low-Temperature Cure formula. |
Concrete Coatings and Bonding Agents |
EPO Coat VAAn extremely versatile, high-solids two-component epoxy coating that exhibits outstanding durability, adhesion, chemical resistance, wear resistance, and weatherability. Performs excellently on concrete, wood, metal, masonry surfaces, and as a seal coat for trowelled-on epoxy toppings. |
EPO Coat H3HA solvent-free, 100% solids, high build, tile-like, two-component epoxy coating. Exhibits outstanding durability and a high gloss finish that is stain resistant and easily cleaned. Virtually odor free and may be used in areas unsafe for systems containing solvents. May be used as a heavy duty floor coating where high build and self-levelling characteristics are desired. Suitable for concrete, wood, and masonry. Interior asphalt may also be coated with EPO Coat H3H, as it's solvent free formulation will not attack the surface, and will even protect from attack by gasoline or oil. |
EPO Flex Liquid MembraneA quick-setting, flexible, room-temperature curing, high build, two-component epoxy membrane coating. 100% solids, tough, elastomeric system that will bridge hairline cracks and provide a durable surface, both interior and exterior, for foot and rubber tire traffic. May be sealed with EPO Coat VA or EPO Coat H3H for exceptional weatherability and wear-resistance. Used with Ep-Unite concrete bonding agent as a primer for exceptional adhesion and durability. |
EPO Anchoring CementA high-strength, pourable epoxy compound for the filling of anchor bolt holes in horizontal concrete surfaces. Supplied in a three component kit containing epoxy, hardener, and fine aggregate. Easily mixed, and then simply poured into clean bolt holes. Must be allowed to cure overnight before stress is applied. |
Ep-UniteAn epoxy compound designed to provide a permanent bond and seal between old and new concrete. This bond is of such strength that separation will not occur without breaking either the new or the old concrete. Using Ep-Unite, it is possible to apply thin concrete overlays to existing worn concrete. Excellent for restoration of old industrial concrete floors, driveways, bridge decks, parking garages, etc. Also excels as a primer for epoxy coatings on concrete surfaces. |
EPO Joint SealantA 100% solids, non-shrinking, semi-rigid two-component epoxy compound for the sealing of control joints, construction joints, and other cracks in concrete floors. Resists chipping of joint edges caused by steel-wheeled or heavy traffic on industrial floors while providing excellent flexibility and impact resistance. Furnished as a self-levelling pour grade which cures overnight at room temperature. Most suitable for dry applications, but will cure in damp or moist conditions. Also available in Low-Temperature Cure formula. |
